Cbeyond - Worst cell phone experience
This company is hilarious, great sales people, adequate installation people, but customer support is i think riddled with people trying to make your life miserable. We transferred 20 phone lines, 4 T1 lines and 40 cell phones to cbeyond.
In my 25 years, worst mistake i ever made. jan 10 a phone dropped into puddle. asked for a replacement 4 different times they never sent the phone, we kept calling but they never sent the phone, they still haven't, we just stopped paying for it.
Two weeks ago we asked for 4 phones to be replaced due to broken screens, we got 4 phones in the mail, 2 of which didn't work. I am pretty certain that the employees are screwing with us as now we are screwing with them and not paying for the service when the phones are down.
