It took forever to get them to fix the problem.Our calls were routed to a dummy site with a dummy name, our password was messed with and continually changed as programmed by someone with c beyond and we could only use it once,

there were so many things.

Finally our contract was up and so we termnated, ported our numbers and thought we were done with them.

Nupe they are now billing us thousands for a service we are not receiving, equipment we dont have and no contract.By the way, when the guy picked up their equipment, he messed up our current telephone service and we had to have the company come out.
