Cbeyond relies on AT&T for its underlining service in Chicago. Cbeyond has zero pull with AT&T to get something actually repaired.

We have had no phone or computers for FOUR days. This costs us $ 2,000 per day. Were are a retail business and half about 12 employees that can't do their job. We spend about $ 75,000 per year with Cbeyond.

The biggest problem is truly the AT&T infrastructure. QOS levels (quality of service) are just sales talk, Cbeyond controls nothing. Escalation of an outage just means they really do not know what they are doing.

It's sad that customers are treated this way.
