BEWARE - WORST COMPANY EVER!!!.
We have been without phone service for the last 9 days and Cbeyond still doesn't know how to resolve he problem. Their customer service is a joke.
Everytime you call them you are on hold for at least 40 minutes before they answer the phone. I am seeking to start and or join a class action suit against them. Also not sure if this will help but the CEO of Cbeyond is Jim Geiger his number is 866-424-2600 ext 02401.
Call his office a bombard them with calls and let him know how dissatisfied you are with their service.
